Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken

Instructions
Blend cottage cheese until smooth
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Transfer to a shallow round, glass, baking dish
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until bubbling
Broil for 2 minutes for a golden elevated top

Serve with endive, cucumber coins or slices, or celery sticks.
