Shipping policy

All sales are final. Due to alcohol laws, wine purchases cannot be returned. Canceled orders are subject to restocking fees at the company's discretion. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at admin@goodclean.wine

No alcohol will be sold to anyone under 21. If you are under the age of 21, please exit immediately and discontinue all use of this website.

Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (age 21+). If for any reason an adult is unable to sign for the package, the carrier generally attempts up to three (3) deliveries. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the package will be shipped back to our warehouse. You will be refunded the total price of your order minus shipping and handling (both ways).

You will receive a tracking number via email so you can arrange for an adult signature.

P.O. boxes, military bases, postal/shipping locations such as FedEx/UPS/Walgreens/Etc. are not valid for shipments.

We reserve the right to hold shipments due to extreme weather. Extreme cold and heat can damage wine.
