our wines are crafted in italy using minimal-intervention methods. they're for people who want a great tasting wine that's easy to love and fits into whatever the day (or night) brings. whether it's a red with pizza night, a crisp white at the beach, or a sparkling shared with friends, our wines are made to be sipped today and remembered fondly tomorrow. 

our wines are made from a variety of italian doc, igt and igp grapes grown in biodiverse vineyards. you'll find blends featuring sangiovese, montepulciano, trebbiano, vermentino, lambrusco, and more. each grape brings its own personality–some bright and juicy, others adding richness and depth. every bottle tells its own story in the glass.

emilia-romagna (carpi doc, igp) - the heart of our bubbles and tortellini is where our sparkling wines are made.

we work with small, passionate winemakers who use sustainable farming and minimal-intervention methods to let the grapes speak for themselves. the result? wines that are true to their origins yet perfect for wherever you're enjoying them. 

most of our wines are dry, but some have a touch of natural fruitiness. if you like a little sweetness, our sparkling rosé is a great place to start.

our winemakers spend their days tending the vines and working with nature, not against it. they use sustainable, biodiverse, biodynamic, and organic farming practices, avoiding unnecessary additives so the grapes can do their thing, naturally. in the winery, they take extra care to preserve the natural character of the fruit from vine to glass.

minimal intervention means our wines are made without additives or heavy processing— no artificial preservatives, coloring, decoloring, added citrus, micro-oxygenation, added sugar, synthetic yeasts, nutrients, acids, bacteria, fining, oaking, or over-engineering. the grapes are grown and harvested with care, then allowed to express their natural character.

we use smart vineyard technology such as:

infra-red sensors to monitor grape health and maturity.

terra system sensors to track environmental conditions and guide thoughtful farming decisions, reducing the need for unnecessary intervention.

natural pest management (like pheromone "confusion" instead of harsh chemicals) to protect the vines while respecting the land.
