Co-founder Michelle is a former chocolatier who owned a French patisserie for years that specialized in crafting delightful chocolate bonbons infused with glorious flavors, such as her famous salted caramel and lavender.

Inspired by one of the world's most famous pairings, sparkling wine and chocolate, she's sharing the easiest way to make Valentine’s Day chocolate bark. No culinary experience necessary.

Ingredients:

*Large dark, milk, and white chocolate bars
*Assorted nuts: pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts
*Dried fruit: strawberries, blueberries
*Heart-shaped chocolate-covered pretzels
*Silver and gold sugar
*Red, pink, and white edible hearts and sprinkles

Directions: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees. Line disposable baking trays with parchment paper. Place large white, dark, and milk chocolate onto the trays. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the chocolate is melted. Decorate with nuts, dried fruit, heart-shaped chocolate-covered pretzels, and festive edible sprinkles. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
