Emilia-Romagna: Italy’s Gastronomic Heartland
Stretching from the Adriatic coast to the Apennine Mountains, Emilia-Romagna is home to Italy’s richest experiences. It’s the birthplace of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, the aged balsamic vinegar of Modena, and tortellini.
For these reasons, and more, Forbes recently named Emilia-Romagna “Italy’s Greatest Gastronomic Treasure.”
But it’s not just the food. Emilia is also the land of speed and style: where Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ducati were born. As well as legends like Luciano Pavarotti, Giuseppe Verdi and Federico Fellini.
In the rolling hills of this vibrant region is where our latest sparkling wine—Notte Bianca—hails.
Made with Lambrusco Grapes
Notte Bianca is a brut sparkling wine made primarily from Pignoletto, an indigenous white grape known for its crisp taste and fruity aromas. With just a touch of Trebbiano and Lambrusco Bianco, creating a dry, medium-bodied wine with zippy acidity and notes of fresh pear, red apple and the faintest whisper of mango.
Lambrusco grapes are some of Italy’s oldest grapes and have been grown here since the Bronze Age. Notte Bianca is a toast to living fully, to art and conversation, and to the sparkling beauty of staying up late with people you love.
When to Serve It
Keep a bottle chilled and reach for it when:
A friend drops by unannounced.
You want to mix a Spritz, Bellini or the ultimate Sunday Mimosa.
You need a little sparkle just for making it through the week.
In Wine We Trust
To me, Notte Bianca is more than just a wine, it’s a way to celebrate what’s good and unexpected. The little moments, the big ones, and everything in between.
Here’s to White Nights, summer apéros, and joyful bubbles.
