Bruschetta Toscana Board Good Clean Bruschetta Toscana Board

The best board in your life paired with Good Clean Red. An enchanting meal or snack to serve guests without having to spend all day in the kitchen.  

Ingredients
  • Assorted sliced Italian meats: prosciutto di parma, salami, coppa, speck
  • Baguette sliced, grilled, and rubbed with garlic
  • Sliced fluffy ciabatta bread
  • 2 sliced roma tomatoes
  • bowl of mini heirloom tomatoes
  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Marinated olives 
  • Salted nuts
  • Bunch of grapes 
  • Burrata mozzarella ball
  • Chèvre cheese log 
  • Wedge of sliced cheese (I used manchego) 
  • Bunch of arugula
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary 
  • Basil pesto
  • Sun dried tomato pesto 
 
Assembly
  • Place pestos in small ramekins with small serving spoons 
  • Place nuts, mini tomatoes and olives in small containers
  • Place filled containers on the board
  • Lay arugula on board as bedding for bread and cheeses
  • Place grilled baguette slices and ciabatta in center of board 
  • Lay sliced Italian meats on left edge of board
  • Arrange sliced roma tomatoes and grapes on opposite corners of board
  • Arrange sliced wedge of cheese around the bowl of olives
  • Squeeze sautéed mushrooms where there is space 
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and rosemary sprigs 
Serve with fresh and delicious Good Clean Red
